UNIOSUN Post-UTME Registration Deadline: Application Closes Today

Candidates seeking admission into Osun State University (UNIOSUN) for the 2026/2027 academic session have only until today, Thursday, September 17, 2026, to complete their Post-UTME and Direct Entry applications. According to the university’s official admission notice, submission of application forms will close at 12:00 noon today. Candidates who have not completed their applications are therefore advised to do so before the deadline. UNIOSUN stated that candidates who scored a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME are eligible to participate in the screening exercise, provided they meet the other admission requirements. Candidates who did not initially choose UNIOSUN can also participate if they are willing to change the institution to UNIOSUN as their first choice. However, candidates with UTME scores below 200 will not be considered for certain programmes, including Law, Nursing, Medicine and Islamic Law. The university also stated that Medicine is currently on hold for the 2026/2027 academic session. Applicants are required to have at least five relevant credit passes in SSCE, NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings, although candidates applying for Law, Nursing, Islamic Law and Medicine have additional one-sitting requirements. The university says applicants must complete the registration through its admission portal and print copies of their submitted forms. The Post-UTME application involves a ₦3,000 portal access fee and ₦2,000 screening fee. UNIOSUN has also advised candidates to ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal, as this is a condition for admission consideration.
