UNILAG OPENS 2026/2027 DIRECT ENTRY REGISTRATION

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has opened online registration for candidates seeking admission through Direct Entry into its undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.Registration commenced on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and will close on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.Candidates who selected UNILAG as their first choice in the 2026/2027 Direct Entry JAMB application are eligible to register.The application fee is ₦3,500.Eligible candidates are required to access the UNILAG application portal at applications.unilag.edu.ng, select “Undergraduate” under the application type and log in with their Direct Entry JAMB registration number and surname in lowercase.Applicants are required to generate and print a payment advice, make payment online or at a commercial bank, return to the portal to complete the application and upload their relevant credentials and results.The university listed acceptable results and credentials to be uploaded, including First Degree, HND, OND, SDA, JUPEB, Cambridge A’ Level, NCE and O’Level results, among others.Candidates must possess five credit passes at one sitting in relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.UNILAG also stated that candidates who will not be 16 years old by September 30, 2026, are not eligible to apply.Candidates who do not participate in the online registration will not be considered for admission.The university further directed applicants to ensure that personal details, including name, date of birth, state of origin and local government area, are consistent across their documents and results.After completing the application, candidates are required to preview and submit the form and print their Direct Entry Application Slip for future reference.Further enquiries can be made through deapplication@unilag.edu.ng or the telephone numbers 09053006772 and 08141656802.
