Never take an operator’s word for it without double-checking the system yourself. Many students pay for the service, only for the operator to make a typo or forget to hit the submit button. You can verify the upload from the comfort of your home using your phone.

If the upload was successful, you will see your exact subjects and grades displayed neatly on the screen. If the page is still blank or shows your old awaiting status, you must return to the center to have them re-upload it.
Dealing with Parallel Examination sittings
If you are combining two different sittings to meet your departmental requirements, you must inform the operator clearly. For example, if you are combining a 2025 WAEC result with a 2026 NECO result, the system allows you to select “Two Sittings.”
Ensure the operator inputs the data for both examination bodies carefully. If any core subject required for your chosen course is missing from either of the uploads, the system will tag your profile as unqualified during the final selection process.
